Thank you Sarah for 22 Years of Service

On Friday 14th January we said farewell to Director of Nursing, Sarah Collard after 22 years of service to Mountbatten Nursing Home.

Sarah started here at Mountbatten 6 months before the current proprietors, Richard and Sally Brice took over in October 2000. Sarah has been a huge part of the business for 22 years and her experience and knowledge will be sorely missed.

Mountbatten Nursing Home wouldn’t be where it is today without the support, loyalty and commitment to her role as the Registered Home Manager and the Director of Nursing.

Sarah leaves us to pursue a dream of working in the United States of America where she will specialise in Intensive Care Nursing.

We look forward to hearing all about her stateside adventures through regular updates. Sarah leaves not just as a colleague but as a valued friend and we wish her the very best of luck.
