"Absolutely fantastic place that I would most certainly recommend. My father spent some months being cared for by the Mountbatten team who were absolutely wonderful. He thought the world of all who cared for him whilst he was there, and they ensured he received the best care and support possible. He told me he felt safe and secure, and I felt assured that although we lived far away, he was being extremely well looked after. Many of the staff went above and beyond to help us with various issues that he encountered and made sure we were always kept in the loop. Thank you to all the team, I will be forever grateful for all the love, care and laughs that you gave my dad when he needed it the most. xxx"
