At Mountbatten we aim to provide the best support to our staff in their professional continued development.
We’re proud to share that last week staff member Sadie completed her Level 3 apprenticeship as a Lead Adult Care Worker.
Sadie works as a member of our night staff as a health care assistant and also coordinates the residents activities.
This qualification will help her further develop in her roles here at Mountbatten and in the adult care sector.
